New Handbook Explains About Inclusion
Ugandan educators and disability advocates gathered together last week to introduce a new handbook that takes the mystery out of inclusive education for children with hearing loss. Uganda Federation of the Hard of Hearing developed this handbook to help educators understand the challenges faced when a child enters a mainstream classroom and has difficulty hearing the instruction. The handbook is a valuable guide for anyone in the education field to understand the complexities of hearing loss and explains how to better accommodate for those who struggle to hear.
UFHOH is grateful for the support of the Disability Rights Fund in sponsoring this important project. Read more….
